Wine Tank Heater

After a number of years of manufacturing a range of flexible low wattage heating elements, Nu-Klear Products realized its product could benefit the wine industry.

Our new wine tank heater warms the tank slowly to assist in the fermentation process.

Heating Element

The heating element is made up of a unique carbon ink laminated between two layers of Mylar film. It has a copper electrode laminated down either side of the carbon ink. The element operates off 230 volts and draws 100 watts per lineal meter. It plugs directly into your mains power supply. The element slowly heats to a warm even temperature. Use of a thermostat gives even greater control.
